Adopt today and reduce the number of homeless pets tomorrow

Every week I hope not to have anything to post on this blog. Why, you may ask? Because if all of the homeless animals in Morris County finally find loving homes, the job would be done.

Unfortunately, too many pets remain without forever families. Thankfully, there are teams of dedicated volunteers and shelter staff members who dedicate their time to placing these animals. One such group are those affiliated with Eleventh Hour Rescue. Here are a few more pets available for adoption.  Can you find it in your heart to give just one of them a home?
This is a face you can't help but love. Meet Sedona from Eleventh Hour Rescue.  She is a very young and very adorable pit bull mix.  This little 15-pound-bundle of joy is about 2 months old ,so she has a lot more growing to do and therefore will get much bigger.  She likes to cuddle and give lots of generous kisses.  She plays well with other dogs, bigger ones, too.  She is well-ehaved and will easily go into her crate for nap time.  To read more about Sedona, to see all of EHR's pets, to check upcoming events or to make a donation, visit  www.ehrdogs.org  or call 973-664-0865.

Here’s Catfish from Eleventh Hour Rescue.  This handsome Southern gentleman is a Red Bone Coonhound mix that is about 7 years old.  He was found as a stray with a broken leg and starving.  He has fully recovered and he is ready to find his permanent home now.  Although most likely used as an outdoor hunting dog previously, he has settled in very well at the home of his foster mom and he loves the company of people.  He will run and play with other dogs outside, but he is also content to stay by your side once play time is over.  To read more about Catfish, to see all of EHR's adoptable pets, to check upcoming events or to make a donation, please visit  www.ehrdogs.org or call 973-664-0865.
This is Sinclair from Eleventh Hour Rescue.  He is a very unique combination of Border Collie/Pit Bull mix.  He has fantastic grey-and-white markings and medium length soft fur like a Border Collie, yet he also has the big, chubby head of a Pit Bull.  This young man, less than 2 years old, draws attention everywhere he goes.  Everyone stops to say hello to him and inquire as to his breed.  He is very friendly, playful, outgoing and energetic.  He loves to play with a tennis ball.  He has a very cute pouncing maneuver as he chases about the ball.  When he’s done romping around, he’ll jump up on the bench next to you.  This medium-sized dog would be happy to come home with you today.  To read more about Sinclair, to see all of EHR's adoptable pets, to see our upcoming events or to make a donation, visit www.ehrdogs.org  or call 973-664-0865.
